I am an English teacher who sometimes does translation work. I have a Master's degree in an education field, but my passion is really cooking. From nasi goreng (fried rice) to beef rendang, experience the flavour the world is falling in love with. Every week will feature a different dish, and the same dish will be available for one week. If you are not into spicy food, do not worry because I have adjusted the spices for those who can't handle too much spice. The dish in the picture is ayam goreng (fried chicken), which will be served with rice and salad. Indonesians normally eat their meals with sweet iced tea, which will also be provided with the meal.
